A light amber best bitter with a fresh malt and peppery hop aroma, Fossil Fuel was the first beer brewed at the Isle of Purbeck Brewery in 2003. Balanced malt and a hop presence lead to sweetish caramel notes, cereal malts, a touch of tangy hedgerow fruit and a pleasantly dry and clean finish.
Fossil Fuel is available (to trade, retail & public) in 4.5, 9 & 18 gallon casks and in 500ml bottles.
